Payment Methods

  1. Accepted methods

    • PayPal – pay with your PayPal balance or use guest checkout with a card.

    • Debit/Credit CardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro (Discover available in selected regions via PayPal).

    We currently process payments in GBP. Your bank may apply exchange rates/fees if you pay from outside the UK.

    Paying by card (no PayPal account required)

    You can pay by card via PayPal without creating an account:

    1. At checkout, choose Pay with PayPal.

    2. On the PayPal page, select Pay by Debit or Credit Card (or Checkout as Guest).

    3. Enter your card and billing details, then Review & Pay.

    Security

    • All transactions are encrypted (SSL).

    • 3-D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) may be required by your bank.

    • Rosemere never stores your full card details.

    Troubleshooting

    • Card declined: check funds, billing address, and that online/international payments and 3-D Secure are enabled with your bank.

    • Guest checkout not showing: try another browser/device, or sign in to PayPal; availability can vary by country and PayPal’s checks.

    • Duplicate/“pending” charge: banks sometimes place temporary holds; these usually clear within 3–7 working days.

    Refunds

    Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/PayPal (typically 3–10 working days after we issue the refund).
