Returns & Refunds — Msfashionuk

Summary: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused, with original tags attached

  • In the original packaging (including accessories, dust bags, spare buttons, etc.)

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Email [servicemails@yeah.net] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a return label (or instructions to create one) and packing/ship-back instructions.

  3. Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval.

Return postage:

  • Change of mind / fit: [Customer pays / or say “£X flat fee” / or “free for UK orders over £Y”].

  • Faulty/incorrect item: We cover reasonable return postage (see “Damages & Issues”).

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene/safety or bespoke reasons, the following can’t be returned:

  • Intimates & swimwear where the hygiene seal is removed or items are tried on

  • Earrings and body jewellery

  • Personal care/beauty items once opened

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale/clearance items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size/colour is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. We’ll process the refund separately.

Refunds

  • We’ll confirm by email when your return is received and inspected (allow 2–3 working days after delivery to us).

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method.

  • Banks/PayPal may take 3–10 working days to post the funds.

  • If your return is not approved, we’ll explain why and discuss next steps.

Important notes

  • Items must be clean and free of odours/make-up/deodorant marks.

  • Please pack returns securely; we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit if you use your own label.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., goods that are faulty or not as described).
